Our body needs salt and can’t operate without it. If you don’t have enough, you could be in a world of hurt. Alpha exercises and, thus, sweats a lot. He went into muscle spasms in his back.

Aaron Marino of alpha m. said that after two weeks of back muscle spasms, his mother recommended getting enough salt. His sodium levels were depleted and caused the spasms. One full teaspoon of salt (2,300 mg) daily is necessary. Sea salt can be used to salt food. Hot sauce is another source. Alpha has also embarked on a pickle odyssey after his workout. Don’t be scared of salt. You need it.
