Short Man Style
Aaron Marino of alpha m. is a man who happens to be short at 5 ft 6 in. He is deemed ‘short’ by societal standards. He catches comments on YouTube surrounding his height which makes him ponder why people are fixated on such an arbitrary topic. Alpha doesn’t think his height is a big deal as he doesn’t contemplate his height and doesn’t identify himself with his height.
Alpha’s heart is broken when people are concerned about their height when asking for hair style or hair product information. These men are addressing height as if it’s a flaw or deficiency, and some allow height to define them which affects their confidence and self-worth. Height is a minor detail (not a handicap), but society makes us feel super insecure if we don’t fit into a certain mold. This same media makes stupid people famous!
Being short is not the reason you haven’t achieved your goals; however, there is some truth about short men having to prove themselves and having to work harder than the taller counterpart. BUT there is always a person or group that is prejudice about some factor whether skin color, weight, hair color, ethnicity, etc.
It doesn’t matter who you are, what you do, what you look like- one of the greatest things about humans is that we are all different. So many men, however, allow height to affect confidence and self-esteem. Your height doesn’t dictate who you are, doesn’t define you as a man, and doesn’t limit your possibilities. You decide what you are capable of!
Alpha realizes there are a lot of men of the ‘modest stature’ and may be wondering about what clothing types and styles are the best for the short man. Being a short man, shopping presents challenges. Typically, Alpha makes videos for the general population so everyone can extract something.
