The 12 Year Old Suit
Raphael tells the story about his 12 year old suit. He lived in Germany with parents that didn’t concern themselves with style and didn’t have money. Later, Raphael went to college and didn’t have money. He got a side job and started looking on eBay for men’s fashion items. One day, we found a brand new $5,000 Ralph Lauren navy suit for approximately $200. He bid on it and scored the deal! He couldn’t believe it! When he got it, it was good quality and he felt like a million dollars. For $15, he got the sleeves altered. This suit is his wife’s favorite, and people can’t believe it’s a 12 year old suit.
