We are in the midst of a ‘beard renaissance’. Everyone, it seems, is growing a beard. For many of us, a full and thick beard is a fairytale. In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro describes how to leverage the whiskers you do have to make your beard look fuller.

Handling Beard Patches and Spots Now

  1. Grow it out –  go for one month to see more accurately how that beard is going to look then analyze.
  2. Brush your beard – you can find boar’s hair bristle beard brushes online for around $10. It can make your beard look more luscious and full. By brushing morning and evening, train the hair to lay and grow in a specific spot.
  3. Utilize a facial hair grooming tool to support hair around the bald spot
  4. Rogaine on your face – it’s not designed for it, and there hasn’t been a lot of long term research.
