Alpha researched reviews and nutritional facts for Halo Top. They use Stevia and a natural fruit sweetener (sugar alcohol) that doesn’t have an insulin response on your body. It’s also non-bloating. He searched Halo Top and found it at Kroger. You can also get it shipped from their website. The price is like other high-end pints of ice cream (around $5).
Halo Top is like heaven and so tasty! It tastes like ice cream but without all of the calories! Typically it’s 1,000 calories for a pint for regular ice cream whereas this one is around 240 calories. If you are diet conscious and have a sweet tooth, it’s a great alternative.
