Alpha was doing okay with exercise during quarantine, but he got bored with the treadmill. So he changed it up with some HIIT workouts. Soon after, he went down the rabbit hole and found some jump rope videos as he was jumping rope with an ‘invisible’ rope. He found some crazy workouts with weighted jump ropes and more — Cross Rope. He had his guy reach out to their guy — and here’s what Alpha has for you. It’s awesome!

Alpha demonstrates — and he loves how easy it is! You don’t have to be good at jumping rope. The key is the weight of Cross Rope. Alpha loves that the app shows what is coming up. The heavy ropes are ‘freakin’ awesome’ as you can feel it in your forearms, biceps, abs, and legs. Jump roping shreds fat, and these workouts are full body.
This is so much more fun than cardio on the treadmill — and they go fast due to the micro-bursts which make it easy to keep going. Alpha burned 233 calories after 16 minutes! He’s noticed the fat loss since doing these workouts.
