But you can look better and muscular while in the process by using these muscular optical illusions.

Muscular Optical Illusions

1. If you want big guns, yes you need bicep curls but you must focus on the triceps. Alpha loves nice and slow triceps push-downs, dumbbell triceps kickbacks. You will look more muscular in and out of clothes if you build wide shoulders by performing side raises and front raises. Alpha also recommends pull-ups and push-ups which work the stabilizing muscles.
