How can you not have six-pack with low body fat? Aaron Marino of alpha m. explains how.
Ted, the viewer, works out days a week with 10 -20 mins of cardio and 45 mins of lifting weights. He eats a strict diet 6x’s a day. His body fat is 8% but his abs don’t show.
Aaron points out that developed abs (with separation) show with higher body fat, so Aaron’s suspicion is that Ted’s abs aren’t developed enough. He also suggests that Ted reduce his body fat down to 7%. Aaron also suggests to change things up with cardio– kick it up. Do the cardio at the end of the weight training so that the body is as empty as can be at that time. You, too, can have an alpha m. six-pack.
