Recently, Alpha has been hearing about apple cider vinegar (unfiltered) for some time now. It has the ‘mother’ in it which he explains.
The idea is to take 2 TBSP per day to improve health, clear skin, wipe-out sinus infections, lose weight, and increase energy. He also talks about lab studies focusing on stunting cancer cells. The theory is that the apple cider vinegar alkalizes the body, and the cancer cells can’t grow in an alkalized state.
The reported benefits are SO MANY. But do your own research. If it sounds too good to be true, look into it yourself. In regard to the apple cider vinegar, after 2 weeks, Alpha has not experienced any changes in his skin or digestion. He is still skeptical.
