Seven Reasons Why to Drink More Water
- Your body is 60% water. 40% is bones, tissue, and awesomeness. If you deprive the body of water, you will suffer because your body needs it for bodily functions.
- Water also helps to control your weight, and Alpha explains the many reasons why.
- Muscles need water to regulate electrolyte balance.
- Fighting fatigue with water. At 2pm, drink water to perk you up.
- Help your kidneys to do its job.
- Healthy glowing skin – dehydrated skin looks old.

How Much Water?
How much water should you drink? Old-school standard is 8 ounces times 8 times per day which is 64 ounces a day. Alpha says 100 ounces or 3 liters is more realistic.
Here’s the H2O Challenge
