In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, Pete & Pedro , and Ollie is going through his day, showing you what he eats and when he eats from Starbucks to the gym to home for breakfast and more! He meal preps with grains (quinoa and barley) and 5-6 pounds of protien grilled (salmon, lean ground beef, chicken breasts, pork tenderloin, pork chops).
If you are not eating pork, you are totally missing out on an incredible source of super lean protein that is packed full of nutrients including B-6, phosphorus, niacin, potassium, riboflavin, and zinc. When you think pork, think lean. Three ounces of pork tenderloin is 122 calories packed with 22 grams of protein. And pork tenderloin is leaner than chicken breast! Pork tenderloin, per serving, has 2.98 grams of fat and is more delicious than chicken breast. If you really want to knock it out of the pork park, you got to cook it right. Don’t overcook it. It’s delicious, moist, and tender if you cook it to 145 degrees. Pork, in Alpha’s opinion, is one of the greatest proteins out there. If you’re not rocking it, you’re totally missing out on incredible muscle building protein option.
