How I Naturally Make My Hair THICKER {10 Tricks Every Guy Should Know}

July 7, 2024
If you want sexier and thicker hair, you’ll love today’s video. I want to share with you some of my favorite tips, tricks, and hacks for making your hair thicker, fuller, and sexier.
  1. Eat and drink healthier. Drinking a gallon of water daily will dramatically impact your hair thickness and health. Also, consume a lot of protein while eating food that has good fat.
  2. Avoid parabens and sulfates. Upgrade the quality of your hair products so that they are not packed with sulfates, parabens, waxes, and other ingredients that are not healthy for your hair.
  3. Don’t shampoo daily. Over-shampooing your hair can potentially damage it by stripping essential nutrients and oils. When you do shampoo, use a volumizing shampoo that maximizes your hair shaft that mess. Volumizing shampoo will have biotin and rice protein to add thickness and weightless volume to your hair. After you shampoo, use a conditioner to strengthen and nourish your hair. It will smooth out the cuticle and make it stronger.
  4. Use a pre-styler. I recommend Sea SALT Spray. After showering, use a few squirts to give your hair more volume and use less product. Opt for a Hair Clay or some type of matte product like a P&P Putty. Avoid heavy products like pomades, which will clump your hair together, making it look thinner. Check out my tutorial demonstration in this video.
  5. Dry your hair. Letting hair dry by itself will lead to flat and lifeless hair. Use a hair dryer to fluff it up and make it look better. I use Laifen, an upgrade from a cheap hair that can burn and damage your scalp and dry out your hair. My Laifen is a premium hair dryer at a fraction of the price of a Dyson.
  6. Use a texture powder. This styling aid is the latest and greatest styling product on the market that adds volume and texture without weighing your hair down. Texture Powder is also an alternative to dry shampoo.
  7. Get a better haircut. Specific haircuts look thicker. Visit a stylist who knows how to give hair texture through either razor cuts or thinning shears, which will automatically make your hair look thicker from the different lengths. A proper style would be some sort of French crop or modified quiff.
  8. Darker hair. If you have thin or thinning hair, make it darker by a few shades. Covering your gray also helps by filling in your part and adding visual bulk and depth to your hair overall. If you’re self-conscious about a bald spot, sprinkling on thickening fibers works. The downside is these fibers are temporary, and if you’re active, sweat will make them run.
  9. Hair transplant. Do your research. I recommend using the follicular unit extraction as opposed to the strip method, which looks more natural. The sooner you can catch it, the more natural it will look. Combine this procedure with some type of Propecia or Finasteride. Transplanted hairs are genetically designed never to fall out, so you want to keep the rest of the hair you have.
  10. Take biotin. Biotin is the number one micronutrient to consume daily to facilitate stronger hair. You can also supplement with a multivitamin that has A, D, and Zinc.
