It’s not deep, baritone, or bass. He says it’s feminine, and he’s been embarrassed. Over the years, it’s gotten better because he’s done a few specific things.
Why do some men have deeper voices?
Puberty is one reason — as testosterone goes to work, it strengthens, lengthens, and thickens your vocal cords. The more testosterone during the change, the deeper the voice. Alpha was a late bloomer — about 15 years old! And then, as you age, testosterone decreases (1% per year after 30-years old).
To support his testosterone, Alpha has lifted weights which increases testosterone and combats cortisone (which wrecks havoc on testosterone) from stress. He also has taken his vitamins, which there is a new supplement supports testosterone supplement — Roman Testosterone Support. Doctors designed & formulated it with transparent and scientifically backed ingredients. Support your body’s natural functions with this support. So, can you make your voice deeper after puberty?
Forcing a deep voice can damage your vocal chords. You can, however, slow down when speaking. The octave goes down with a reasonable pace. Also turn the volume down. You will maximize your manly speaking voice. Embrace your voice even if it’s a little higher or lower, which Alpha has had to do for himself. But you can do these to be a better speaker:
1. Learn pronunciation
2. Enunciate your words
3. You have to project too
4. The volume at which you speak
5. Modulation and intonation which are your tone (aka emotion)
