How to truly change your life
- Being disciplined to stick to a schedule — I look at my schedule in the morning, change it up during the day, and then adjust at the end of the day.
- Showering daily — make the time so you can be sexy, smell amazing, and not be a filthy animal. The morning may be the best for a number of reasons, but the night may be the most optimal time. Check out my reasons for each.

- Connecting with someone you love — make more of a point to connect with someone you love every single day. Reach out to someone you haven’t talked to in awhile; relationships are precious.
- Don’t let the stupid sh!t bother you — my favorite book’s main point is that you can’t care about everything (The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck). Don’t sweat the small stuff and surround yourself with quality people.
