Night time snacking is a big reason why people have a tough time on their diet and don’t see the progress desired. Snacking can add significant calories. Solution? Keep protein bars in the pantry, 150 – 180 calories each. These protein bars are not meal replacement bars but can satisfy a sweet tooth in a pinch. Also keep some diet sodas on hand if you’re needing a sweet beverage.
