Aaron Marino of alpha m. presents another installment of Cooking with Alpha! He’s sharing his go-to snack. This preplanned snack keeps you on your diet program. It can be prepared for breakfast, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, or late night snack.
Ingredients include oats and protein powder. His oats are old fashioned- not instant as he wants it to be more substance. Use 1/2 to 3/4 cup of oats, fill with water or milk (make soupy), and pop in microwave for 3 minutes. Keep an eye out for the oatmeal to ‘morph’. Take out the oatmeal and add protein (a little less than full cup). Mix it up and eat!
