One of Aaron Marino of alpha m. favorite body parts to workout is shoulders. Well developed shoulders (mid, front, rear) really adds the finishing touches to a great physique. This superset is a crazy intense burn on those shoulders!
Alpha starts at the squat rack with the straight bar. Go slow and don’t go heavy. Do 3 – 4 sets.
- First set is front raises for 12 reps.
- Next set is an upright row for 12 reps.
- Third set is shoulder press behind or in front of head for 12 reps.
