The whole premise of this channel is to help you realize your true potential and build your personal empire. My true passion is entrepreneurship and business; it’s what I live and breathe. I want to be valuable to you, so I want to share with you the things I’ve learned along my entrepreneurship journey. I’ve screwed up things, but I’ve done other things well.
A fundamental problem
The primary catalyst for wanting to share these tips is the epidemic of fake gurus. These people are trying to get you to buy their secrets, easy ways, or information to make a lot of money. These people have never done anything besides these courses and regurgitate that information to convince people to buy what they’re selling. These people have zero experience. What they have is a conniving, sneaky, shady business. This is what I have a fundamental problem with.
The truth is that they are everywhere. But that being said, there are some great people out there too. Some of these people give solid advice that I recommend 100%. But you need to know that the information is out there for free, whether information about starting a business, scaling a business, growing rich, and more. But when somebody’s trying to sell you on the goal of getting rich, this is a red flag. If it’s easy, simple, and can be outlined, this is also a red flag and a warning that they’re bullshitting. Don’t waste your money on people trying to scam or rip you off.
Every single dollar you’re going to make is hard. If anybody says that success will be easy, it’s not true. 99% of those buying these courses, ebooks, or attending seminars will never realize what these people are promising.
It’s a booming business, and unfortunately, it spreads like wildfire because we want to think there’s an easier path to success. We want to believe somebody can teach us five steps to be wildly successful, have spicy senoritas, get vacations and drive Lambos. But that’s not the case.
Anyway, there’s nothing wrong with information products. Still, there is something wrong with people lying about how they position themselves and what they claim to be when they haven’t done it themselves. If you’ve done nothing but convince people that you can help them get rich, girls, or whatever quick-and-easy, they are a fake guru.
Hard work beats talent anytime
The bottom line is that hard work beats talent any day of the week. Sure, you have people who are more talented and skilled or have access to cash. But if you can stay focused and work when it’s not fun, that will separate the winners from the losers. Stick to a schedule, get your ass up when you don’t want to, don’t get distracted, and have the ability to work when it’s not easy or fun. The difference between successful people and not is discipline and hard work. Don’t waste money and focus when it’s not glamorous.
I’m a living example of somebody who was bankrupt and broke but is not anymore. On this channel, I will talk about my personal finances because money is a skill that needs to be learned. When you grow up poor and blue-collar like me, you’re not surrounded by people that can teach you the value of money or how to invest it.
